Great location for the zoo and into the city centre with the bus stops right outside the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful.Food was excellent and the breakfast is great

Location was perfect. Easy to travel to. Adam at the reception was very attentive and gave a plenty information about hotel, parking and getting about the city.
Breakfast had a good selection of food and drink available. Food was warm and staff were helpful.
Not the hotels fault but some of the guests on other level were allowing their kids to run about at all hours. Very inconsiderate to other guests.

Central location to everything we needed. Great bus link with stop right outside. Staff more than helpful and very approachable.
The pool was a little dated and quite overcrowded when we went but nothing that would put us off staying again.
