Excellent location within walking distance of Edinburghs West End. 5 minutes walk from Haymarket Station with easy access to bus and tram routes. Comfortable bed and good breakfast selection.
It is on the main road but very little road noise and a great view from the bedroom window of the old Donaldson School.
No negatives it suited me perfectly.

The breakfast is excellent. The staff are lovely. The room was comfortable. I shared a bathroom, but with only one other single room, and the bathroom was lovely.
OK, the TV could have been bigger perhaps, but that's a ridiculously unimportant quibble.

Well located. The bus that leaves from the airport (num 100) drops you off just 50 m away, and it’s about a relaxed 30–35 minute walk to the city center. Clean rooms, very quiet, lovely and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Highly recommended.
