The room was spacious yet cozy, clean, and very well appointed. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were warm, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was also excellent.

The staff were outstanding, welcoming, helpful and extremely friendly.
The room was spacious, well maintained and the coffee/tea making facilities were very welcome.
The public areas were very welcoming and comfortable.
The food in the restaurant was outstanding both evenings we ate there and there was a wide range of drinks available in the bar. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Main reason for us to return was the warm, friendly and professional service from Maya - she was so helpful and thoughtful.

This place is a must while in Edinburgh. Beautiful building with amazing staff ;-) A 10 mins walk to the Murrayfield stadium and 5 mins to restaurants and cafe. The hotel has also a restaurant which was excellent.
