What we found good was the room clean and self-check in service
The one who is coming for the first time will be very shocked to say that there is no one around from the first. I did not have experienced doing self check-in and I didn't know how to look for the keys but the person always picked up. They call answered the call on time and help throughout so it was all right

I can definitely recommend Haymarket Station Rooms! We booked several stays here while having work done in our own place, and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The rooms are spacious, bright and well-maintained. Even with a shared bathroom, everything was always spotless and felt private. The location itself is central, just opposite Haymarket Station, with many cafés and shops right on the doorstep. We experienced excellent communication with the host, and uncomplicated check-ins and check-outs. We would definitely stay here again!

Bit uncertain with providing identity and on wall check in . And outside photo. Shown to room with stairs. A large room with opening windows. Good double bed. Main road outside . Noise quite 10pm till 7am. Good sleep.. wardrobe fridge table .kettle. toaster. High roof good lighting .heating. no sink. Shared toilet/shower. Toilet/bath. A good B&B near station bus route. Shops. Pubs restaurants. Wifi i did not use.. i have booked a return.
No sink in room downstairs hall appearance.

Close to the station
Entrance hall was really decrepit. Bare light bulb in room. Draughty rattling single glazed windows. Could hear coughing from next room. Entrance door from street doesn't actually lock despite electronic system. Shared shower and toilet room where very very small, hard to even wash your face in the sink and impossible to fill kettle above half way.
