Not sure how many guests use the shared bathroom, but it was regularly a bit messy.

Mattress and box spring are old and linen has holes. But it is clean the bathroom and the room. Breakfast is very nice.

The staff were very helpful and Curtis. The proprietor was very knowledgeable about the history of the property. The provided breakfast was very good

We had an amazing experience. This is a historical house, and the owner goes extra mile to maintain the property's historical vibe. They offer a light breakfast in a room with the original 18th century decor, and the owner has music performance in the evenings telling about history of Edinburgh and local landmarks. It felt like visiting a family, all the stuff is very helpful and accommodating.
