The beds were super comfortable, and the location is great. It was easy to access the property, and the shared facilities were very clean. The rooms were nicely decorated and were a great size for a one night stay.

The advertised WiFi did not work, and there were deep set stains on the bedsheets. Sections of the room hadn’t been dusted and metal on the sink was grimy. The rooms were not soundproof and I was woken by other guests, but it wasn’t a huge problem

Really reasonably priced for the time of year and short notice. The email of codes close to the check in time and the key safe worked really well, and the rooms were cosy and clean, as was the shared bathroom.

Unfortunately the wifi password was out of date? It didn't work anyway, though I found the wifi box downstairs and was able to connect using the qr code on it.

Location close to city centre and main attractions

Heaps. Insufficient towels (only 1 bath towel for 2 people, no bath mat, no hand towel or facecloth), supplied on arrival, had to phone to get more. Orange mould in shower, as had not been cleaned properly for ages. Toilet area very small (your face nearly in hand basin when sitting on toilet) no toilet roll holder (toilet paper had to sit on rubbish bin), Very little room to move around, would not suit those with mobility issues. Wifi instructions in our welcome pack were totally wrong, when tried to call owner to ask about this they did not reply, luckily fellow guest had been sent correct one. The room booked was called Deluxe Double, definitely NOT Deluxe.
