lovely place, very quiet and cozy, great location

Wifi not very strong

Comfortable beds, quiet location but still close to everything. The snacks upon arrival (fruit, water and cookies) was an added bonus.

Cathy, loved her. She collected a parcel for me, kept it safe with her for a few days, and then deposited it in my room along with my luggage when I reached and decided to go sight see immediately. She is also lovely to talk to. There was water, fruits, snacks, tea, and coffee in the room which were truly appreciated. The child that I am, I loved the candies welcoming me every time I stepped into the main building. Both the room and the bathroom were clean as well which is very important to me.

The bathroom sink was a tad small but not a deal breaker at all.

Excellent location with walking distance to the Edinburgh Castle, and tourist attractions. The room was lovely. It was clean, comfortable and we liked the nice touch with the fruit, coffee and waters. The owner also arranged for a bottle of Prosecco and a box of chocolates for my husband's birthday, which was really appreciated.

I really can't fault the place in anything
