It was in a great location to bus stops and the rooms/bathroom were great

car traffic can be noisy but nothing unexpected being in the city

Excellent customer service from the workers. It's like 5 minutes away from the bus stop to go to city center. Restaurants like 7 minutes away. The room had a coffee maker, It's important to me.

the facility is far better than I imagine

the key was not in the safe box. this is horrible for this business mode. fortunately a nice guy helped out. the house is old style with thin walls.

Staff were reliable

Bed is very uncomfortable, the location is very loud because the windows mustn’t be double paned, I would know as I live on a busier road. There were unknown stains on a pillow. The main shower head was broken, in which it covered majority of the bathroom that we had to clean up, also causing the toilet rolls to be wet. Had to resort to using the detachable shower head, however the shower glass doesn’t look fitted correctly with the doors neither, so there is gaps the water escapes. We paid £20 more just to have this attached bathroom. The conditioner was heavily watered down and didn’t smell correct, I am certain as I use that exact coconut brand.
