Check-in procedures were not as clear as I would have liked and person answering page did not seem to want to help me.

There was no breakfast but I was aware of this in advance. Impressed with their communication by msg and email throughout.
Inclusion of breakfast would be terrific.

No breakfast. Location was very good.
The creaking of the upper bunk bed. The towels did not dry us properly because of the material.
The place overall could do with an update/refurbish.
