There was dust on the tables and by the coffee maker. I also had towels with holes in them. I don't think the floor was swept during my stay.

Faultless service, rooms immaculate - staff made a real effort in every interaction. Steak was great! Location central and easy to park nearby with plenty of options.

Very convenient to Haymarket station and tram. Lots nearby. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
