I had a very pleasant stay .. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the city. While the facilities are fairly basic, everything worked well and met my expectations. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
There were a few minor issues that could be improved. The grout between the tiles on the floor area wet room with some visible gaps, and the shower curtain tended to fall down from time to time. These were small details, but worth mentioning.

Hotel was in a great location and was spotlessly clean. Reception staff were very friendly. Good selection of drinks (including alcohol) can be purchased from Reception.
Its disappointing that there isn't a kettle for tea/coffee in the room. The room was small but I still felt there was room for a kettle (maybe not a fridge though). Drinks can be bought from reception but would have liked a cuppa in the morning without having to get dressed and go down to reception.

For going to a concert at Usher hall the location was perfect.
I’ve not stayed in many hotels in Edinburgh but the price for what you get isn’t much.
