There was no one to check us in, or deal with our concerns. We had to make a few phone calls at 3p per minute. They could not acommodate a special need to be on a lower floor. The room was ok.

Very clean, loved the building. Staff was friendly. Convient location.

I would recommend this hotel, with some notifications about it. The building is a little old and setup like an apartment, not a hotel. There is no elevator or parking (no parking near by either). The beds were very worn out but the space was functional. Small kitchenette. About 20-min walk from Old Town.

Had a lovely 2 night stay here. It is in a very convenient location, just round corner from tram stop and 2 stops down from Murreyfield Stadium.
Apartment was very clean and tidy with good sized rooms.
My only suggestion is to put a full length mirror in apartment, as when going on a night out there is no way of checking appearance, the only full length mirror was by front door of building.
