So much space. Great apartment

The wifi don’t work

Excellent location - within a block or two of Haymarket station and various public transport stops,luggage storage places, grocery stores and fantastic cafes, restaurants and pubs. An easy walk to Old Town or Dean’s Village. And fantastic communication with the management team.

Would love to have had a tea towel to dry our dishes

The property is well maintained and in a more secluded area. Has its own beach and pool. Also a space with jacuzzi and hammocks. Plenty of towels. Honestly, I thoroughly recommend this place.

It was clean and bed was comfortable

The pillows was not of good quality or standard to be lying on. Each pillow was lumpy this therefore caused me to have poor quality of sleep during my trip

The mattresses on the sofa bed and 2 chair beds are so thin and old the metal polls were so uncomfortable and 3 of our group had no sleep due to the poor quality of the mattresses the polls were sticking in there backs all night

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect — only about a 10-minute walk to Castle Terrace, where most of the Highland tour buses depart. Edinburgh Waverley Station is also very close, and if you prefer, you can take just one stop to Haymarket Station and walk around 5–7 minutes to the apartment. Very convenient! The apartment itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, which made it feel even bigger. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to toiletries — which made the stay extremely comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again, both for the excellent location and the great facilities. Highly recommended!

The facility is not enough for this type of apartment, no microwave or oven to heat some take away food

in our stay the heaters not working, so that's why we freeze, the wifi speed is not good, the communication was good but the solutions are not fast enough

The apartment was very nicely decorated, plenty of towels provided and toiletries. A few kitchen items which was helpful as we were staying for just two nights. The apartment was in a great location. We were staying for the Kiltwalk. It was a short walk along to murrayfield where I was being picked up to go to the start and where my walk would end. My family took a short walk round to crazy golf.

I didn't like that there was no extraction for the kitchen, while the windows opened the apartment was still quite smoky from frying. We appreciated the small kitchen items but a small cleaning spray wouldn't have gone a miss. The wifi in the apartment was terrible. Couldn't connect or kept dropping. The dining table while lovely needed pulling out to be able to use the end chairs. The situation of the sofa bed was questionable. Facing my sister and brother in law in the bed was uncomfortable. None the less. We would use the apartments again just maybe a 2 bedroom.

The location was perfect to explore central Edinburgh. Everything you need is around the area (groceries, coffee and breakfast shop was just across the street). The neighborhood is so clean and quiet. The room (Junior suit) was comfortable, functionally design for comfort and space. Perfect for 4 people. The huge and tall windows gave us the best view is an added bonus to our short stay.

Would have been nice if bedroom slippers were also provided. Anyways; it's just a wish list and I understand most Apartments do not provide this amenities. No big deal.

Comfortable, clean, warm room, lovely building, good facilities, walk to Royal Mile and shopping and a few pubs cafes and restaurants around. Supermarket very close by. The building itself was really quiet and we didn’t hear anybody else during our stay.

Parking situation/ Closest parking was Distillery Lane, nowhere out front to unload bags. Also unfortunately council workers decided to do works at 4am Saturday morning right outside our room.

Location is perfect. Clean, spacious and well set up with everything we needed.

How can anyone think it is OK NOT to provide a bedside light and a power socket or USBs on one side of a double bed? Every traveller has devices they need to charge and to keep near bedside. When challenged management did not apologise whatsoever. Just said that on refurbishment they might take comment into consideration. Instructions for WiFi incorrect. As we are from UK could use phones. The company responded reasonably quickly, not apologising, but offering alternative WiFi access details. A consideration for would be bookers is that the location is by a tram line. The trams vibrate the building and create noise. Edinburgh makes double glazing a complex issue to gain permissions, therefore building is 19th century single glazing so providing poor sound insulation from the trams and heavy vehicles. Windows may create other problems in winter!

Cosy little apartament, with a kitchen. Good option for a short stay for two people. Nice location: close to transport and walkable distance to attractions. Owners very responsive through emails.

It was not clear that the apartament is on minus 1 level. That meant all out room was easuly loooked at from the street. It was not a big deal for us yet we found it a bit surprising. Also on the first day, we could not get back to the room as the code stopped working. It was wyite stressul. Yet contacting owners via email helped to sort it out quickly.

The location was handy. View from the window was interesting. Lots of natural light. The WC was modern and the place overall was pretty clean. There was enough space.

The WiFi was spotty. There was no cream for tea or coffee. Doors were creaky. There was no staff to interact with in person. You could hear everything said in the hallway from your room. You could hear when guests left early in the morning.

Very convenient location around 10-15 minutes walking (depending on speed) to the castle and Royal Mile. Kid friendly apartment offers a good rest in the night, with very clean facilities + Free WiFi. More important is that the staff from this facility are really nice and friendly, even provide tips for sighting seeing and recommendations on attractions in the city.

Pity that the apartment doesn't offer an elevator, a little bit troublous for carrying the suitcases upstaires. other than that all good.

Walking distance from Haymarket railway station, Edinburgh castle and other major scenes made us a relax and colorful trip in this magic city. The room is spacious and comfortable for family travel (many thanks for the team's helpful info. and quick response) and facility is good for self cooking. The room's view is classic and has the sight of St. Mary Cathedral, calling us the scene in old movies. The neighboring environment is typical of a living community and we love it very much. Btw, the spiral staircase inside the apartment also makes a scene.

The apartment #7 was clean and had a comfortable queen size bed with a queen couch. Very close to multiple bus and tram stops as well as lots of restaurants. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Small kitchenette with an electric range, refrigerator, and sink. Had all the cups, plates and utensils we needed for our 5 day stay. Staff was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Overall it worked well for our family of four.

-There is no air con. the only airflow through the apartment was through a window that was open approx 2 inches. There is a window in the bathroom that opens wider but it doesn’t help the apartment. The fan provided did not work and management was unable to provide additional fans. We happened to come during a very hot week so the apartment was very warm inside. -the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs on a spiral staircase with no lift. There is only one apartment that is on the ground level, #3. All the rest are either up or down stairs. We are fit and able bodied but this may be an issue if you need a lift of help with luggage, as there is no staff on site.

The location of the property is great.

The property is not an apartment as advertised it is a bedsit. The bedroom, kitchen and living area are all one space. The kitchen facilities are adequate. The microwave is stored in a cupboard and needs to be brought up onto the worktop to be used - there is insufficient space for this. The bedsit is also insufficient for four people (myself, husband and two children). It would be fine for two. Once the sofa bed is extended to use there is no space to walk from the main bed to the bathroom. The accommodation is accessed by a key code for the front door - the front door doesn't ever actually shut, you can push it open from the street without entering the code. The code for the front door was exactly the same as the code to our bedsit. I assume it is the same for each bedsit in the building meaning all the accommodation is unsafe and unsecure. The above however paled into insignificance when we discovered the bedsheets left for us to use were covered in questionable stains. On trying to rectify this by calling the phone number provided (the first two times a message was taken and we were informed someone would call us back) - they didn't. We rang again and again and eventually received a call saying no one could deal with the cleanliness issue that night and someone would be round the next day to provide new bedding. We obviously then had nowhere to sleep. We were unable to stay in this accommodation due to the cleanliness/hygiene issue with the bedding and left to find somewhere cleaner with very helpful hosts. We are still attempting to obtain a refund.

Apartment was clean, well appointed and well situated in Edinburgh with train, tram and bus stops within a few minutes walk. The staff were fantastic, particularly the property manage who came by on his day off to help us with an issue with on of the fold out beds.

Everything. Location, facilities, calmness, homely, cleanliness and hyigene. Highly recommended for couples, families and group of friends who want a nice and peaceful location to stay at Edinburgh. I have always used some hotel type arrangement. This was my first exposure to apartment type set up, I enjoyed it thoroughly. Responsivess of the staff via email, chat on booking.com was very good.

There is nothing to complain about. However, some travellers may like to see a staff at the property to create human connection to all the great services, and some in-house storage space. I needed one, the property guided me nicely to the Stasher service for bag deposit [Would be great to mention in the property info about this service with a link, not sure if it is already there].

The main door was always opened, I thought it could be dangerous

Lovely apartment in a great location. Perfect for a family weekend. Despite arriving in a small heatwave it was surprisingly cool.

I’m nitpicking a bit, but there’s an iron without an ironing board and the room was only set up for 4 of us rather than 5. Minor things.
