I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the check-in experience. Although most of the staff seemed friendly, the check-in process was poorly organized. There was a line and I waited for my turn, but the staff did not follow the order of the queue. After I had finished filling out the required form, the staff member who was assisting me suddenly started helping the guest behind me instead, completely ignoring me. I stood there waiting, unsure of what to do, until I asked again and was only told “two seconds.” This lack of attention and disregard for guests who are waiting made the check-in process disappointing . I hope the hotel can improve its service and ensure that staff follow proper procedures and treat guests with more consideration.

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and I could easily control the temperature. For breakfast, the yogurt was great, and they offer a variety of breads, pastries, pasties, cereals, hard-boiled eggs, and more. Much preferred over the powered scrambled and fried eggs from a box, offered at other hotels. The location is close to several restaurants and Haymarket Station. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the Royal Mile and other attractions. All of the staff members we encountered were super helpful.

Requested for a refresh clean of the room on day 2. There are 2 trash bins. One cleared and one not cleared. The 4th day there was to be a full clean. Old towels not cleared and the floor has dust and hair.

The staff were all super friendly and really helpful. The room was a little smaller than I expected, however we were only staying for one night and it was really clean, and the bed very comfortable, so I'd still go back again if I happen to be in the area again.

The price was ridiculous for a room which is bare basics, small, no cupboards and practically no space to open the luggage. The bed though was extremely comfortable and even though I was ground floor with a window towards the road, the sound isolation was perfect! The room has no tea/coffee making facilities and there is no water. The staff though are extremely nice, kind and serviceminded. The breakfast is fine.

The stay was fine, the check in and check out was a bit awkward with the receptionist right behind the self check in/out. The room was fine as well but nothing particular. Breakfast was full and limited seating - not a lot of typical breakfast foods like scrambled, bacon, toasted bread etc.

Breakfast was great. The location was fairly central but not TOO CLOSE to everything. Our room was really small but was fine for what we needed. Even at a very busy time of the year we didn't hear anyone in any other room (very quiet). Overall things were really good!

Warm friendly welcome from the ‘human’ on reception who helped us navigate the self check in and helped us with our keys . Long may humans man receptions I’d say . Pleasant surprise to be able to check in early into our rooms . Great breakfast . Room was compact but adequate .

Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were very quiet which surprised me but was grateful for. Had a poor coffee in the hotel but nothing else as we ate at alternate outside places, so I can’t speak for the continental breakfast. Good hotel and I would use again for a short city break. Had everything we needed, except perhaps for somewhere to sit out and enjoy the unseasonally good weather!

Used this chain before as Tune Hotels. Opted for the room without windows. It’s bijou but it’s quiet and comfortable. Absolutely no qualms about this type of room. Continental breakfast was very good
