The location was perfect for Edinburgh City Centre. Hosts were very friendly.
The guest house could do with a bit of sprucing up. Things look tired and old. Such a shame as it has so.much potential.

Brilliant location and close to city centre, friendly hosts, had all the facilities needed for bed and breakfast, lovely range of foods for breakfast! Peaceful place to catch up on sleep after busy days

Breakfast was nice and cooked as I liked it. Excellent sized bathroom and windows that opened, what a treat. Fridge available in the room. Plenty of good pillows. Good location for access to buses and city centre.
I was on the second floor, so many steps.. No de-caf available either in the room or at breakfast. Dried blood on my sheet upon arrival.
Good sized kettle in the room but unable to fill it due to the shallow sink.
cold meats and cheese left out during breakfast without covering or chilling.
