First impression - nice entry hall and bedsheets
It was well furnished - there was cabinet, table, place for luggage
Bathroom was spacious
Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly
Beds were uncomfortable (too old, mattraces need replacement)

A perfect location to visit Edinburgh. Parking is a challenge in front of the house. But a Parking is available on 350mtr.
The bathroom was not perfect. It was clean but not perfectly fitted

I liked that we were able to sleep in a triple room, meaning daughter was with both parents. WiFi throughout the building.
Handy location for a short walk to where we needed to go.
Quite run down compared to the photo's. Not enough towels for three people. Dusty carpet, mould in toilet. Very strong air freshener to mask the musky/damp smell in toilet. This triggered a migraine, so I removed it and the batteries. It was either having a chronic migraine or coping with the smell.
The cost for one night was quite dear in my opinion. I know it's location is part of this also.
