The hotel has a great location, and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, our Superior Room had several issues.
The shower drain was blocked, flooding the bathroom every time we showered. The roller blind was also broken and nearly fell on me (see photo). Although we reported it, there was no real effort to fix it before the evening, leaving us without a properly dark room for the night. Although they fixed both the next day.
What disappointed us most was the lack of follow-up. No apology, no update, and no gesture of goodwill. At this price level, we expected much better service.
It’s a shame, because with better maintenance and customer care, this could have been an excellent stay.

Had the best sleep ever in this hotel, the beds are great. Also exceptional service from Alexander and Zoltan. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They had a very fun warm up party for the big concert and the staff was very nice. Good quality and convenient location if you are ok to be a bit outside of the city center. Found a few nice trails close by
