Location, ideal for Buses to airport and into the city centre

La casa es hermosa, el barrio es super tranquilo, la ubicación es perfecta y el personal es maravilloso. Pasamos año nuevo allí y todo estaba súper caro en la ciudad, así que cuando encontramos este hotel con un precio tan razonable nos sorprendió, pero puedo decir que superó nuestras expectativas. La atención de Prince, fue perfecta, muy pendiente, muy amable. Nos dieron una caja de galletas típicas escocesas como agradecimiento por nuestra estadía. Tienen un comedor súper cómodo para comer, trabajar o lo que necesites y allí mismo tienes un microondas. La cocina tiene platos y vasos que nos dejaron usar sin problema; guardamos cosas en la nevera y tampoco hubo lío. Todos los días dejaban botellas de agua sin ningún costo en una nevera en el hall de entrada. Queda muy cerca caminando a Dean Village; tiene una parada de bus justo al lado si quieres ir al centro sin caminar aunque caminar desde y hasta el centro tampoco es ningún problema. Es muy seguro.
Lo único regular fue el internet; y que al llegar aún no había nadie en el hotel, así que nos tocó esperar un rato a que llegaran, pero una vez estuvieron allí nos entregaron la habitación incluso un poco antes del check-in y luego todo estuvo perfecto.

Well located close to the city centre. The member of staff on duty was able to get us extra pillows and a towel. The room was freshly decorated.
The room was very cold. There were no bedside lights. The bathroom needed an upgrade. The only parking space available was difficult to negotiate due to the cars already parked and the excessive bags and boxes of rubbish. The hotel did not have any signage or number so we had to work out that it must be number 5 (luckily neighbouring properties were numbered)
