Nice stay small issues but nothing too major.

Location was nice short walk to centre, the bed was comfy and the shower was powerful just needs work on the dusting the extractor fans and beside fan were caked in dust everyone was having reactions to it. But overall we liked the stay and feel it was worth the money.

Lot of dusting needed on top of door frames and in the extractor fans and the bedside fan. If that was done it would be really nice.

Fair accommodation.

The hotel is good enough for a few nights. They have a small kitchen which can be useful to make a tea or get some fresh water.

Unfortunately we were unlucky as the room was renovated and the strong smell was still there.

The room was well equipped. It was clean & convinent.

There were no lift in the building neither was there anyone to carry the luggage up as I was just there with my baby.

Amazing experience in their double room

I loved their En-suite double bed with kitchen. It was a great studio room

The washroom door didn't shut close properly, so you can imagine how bad the room would smell after taking a dump. I had to open windows... Also, the exhaust fan of the washroom didn't work either. Fix those and it's a perfect place to live in, perfect location.

Excellent stay!!

Absolutely perfect. Good location at West End. I been given information including door code to get in and everything went very well. Room was just perfect - decent size, comfortable bed, place where to put my cloth and mainly it was warm!! The best thing about stay was this small sized kitchen with everything you need - just AMAZING!! Bathroom was very good too. Facilities were cleaned each day with delivery of fresh new towels - great!! Thank you very much I will recommend to all visiting the city!

There is literally nothing major. Only small things like: window was hard to open to let little air in, or sometimes the key at the door didn`t work straight away... Otherwise nothing>

Strange smell in bathroom and kitchen, probably mould No control over heating and no openable windows, room was overly hot in winter Kitchen in need of overhaul Astronomical price compared to what they usually charge because of winter busy period - scam No safe place to leave bags although they say you can leave bags there after checking out

On a good location.

Property was dirty, I did message the property to ask for it to be cleaned but have received no response yet. I wish I had paid the extra £20-30 and stayed in a hotel.

The location is very good . 10-15 mins walk to princes street. The room was lovely. Bed was so comfy.

The radiator was very close to the toilet. They definitely should have a lift. The room we were in the door didn’t close right. When we try to get into our room the key didn’t work.

The location was great. Near the train station and a major street to take us to many sites.

My sister and I are in our 70's. We have some limitations such as knee issues. The property has many steep stairs to get to the room. With heavy luggage the stairs were difficult to manage.

A large mirrored wardrobe door fell onto me during my stay. The hotel and booking.com customer services are not responding to messages and i am now having to seek legal advice.

not worth the money

bed was comfy. that was about it.

behind the bed was thick with dust and cobwebs which was rising up onto the wall above the bed. room felt grubby. tap in the bathroom was leaking. kitchen tap was also broken. shower head fell off the first time I used it. water took ages to get hot in the shower. Communicaton with property is poor. tried contacting them before arrival by message and phone and could not speak to anyone. very basic and not worth the money.

Beautiful suite, quiet location, the self catering was a bonus and the staff were very helpful. When arrived before book in time (they were happy to keep our luggage), they moved things around, upgraded us and allowed us to check in early. Thank you.

The location was good.

The hotel is looking tired and certainly overpriced for what they offer. The housekeeping is not very good; the bins were not emptied for 4 days; despite my asking at reception and I had to ask for fresh towels.

Comfortable, quiet and convenient.

Convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood with the centre about a 15 minute walk away. Nice walks to Dean Village and the Modern Art Museum close by. Kitchen was basic but handy for self catered meals.

Couldn’t get heat to come on, the one functioning radiators seemed to be on a timer that I couldn’t control.
