The location was great! Removed from the busy areas but easy to get around from there. Dean village was a beautiful walk away. The old building and feeling is very unique. Would definitely stay again!

Wasn’t aware until after booking that there is no reception, everything is sent to you through WhatsApp which is fine but if you need to store your luggage you need to go down the street to the sister hotel. Normally this is no issue but the receptionist was rude and when we were told to come back before 6 pm to retrieve our luggage, the receptionist was already gone. We fortunately got lucky and ran into other guests who were staying at the sister hotel who let us in. The hotel was quite lovely and spacious and very convenient to where we needed to go. Thank you

Great location and perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Didn’t actually see any staff - so can’t comment on that.
