Very cute hotel in amazing location, easy access to public transit and the airport, less than 30mins walk to downtown, quick walk to Water of Leith and Circus Lane. Highly recommend!

We stayed at No32 Hotel for 2 nights as we were going to our friends wedding. We had a lovely big double deluxe room on the 2nd floor facing the garden. The bed was a large sleigh bed, very comfortable, there’s a handy fridge with a bottle of water supplied. The ensuite bathroom was lovely, very modern, grey and white marble colour with gold taps etc. The staff were very friendly. We didn’t have breakfast we ate out. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Haymarket train station and the trams stop at the bottom of the road, very accessible.

- The location is great as it is very near to the Haymarket bus and tram station - The facilities are average, but considering that the building is historical, it is logical - The staff are extremely helpful as they could go the extra mile to help us make our stay great. My husband told me that we could expect great hospitality in Scotland, and I found it to be true in this hotel!
