Warm and cozy classic hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and easy to walk into the city centre. The old styling of the place was very charming and warm. The car park around the back of the property is charged at £15 per night and for that we were able to arrive early and leave the car parked there for the rest of the day after we checked out which (in comparison to other car parks in the centre of Edinburgh) made it great value. It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The only water cooler was in a key-card locked room on the ground floor by reception. This wasn’t too much of a hassle but more throughout the building might be nice.

Historic building close to the heart of the city with huge suites filled with very comfortable furnishings. Very quiet, no traffic noise. Staff are excellent and on hand to give advice on this amazing city!

This was an amazing, luxurious space with wonderful facilities. The location was fantastic the staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would certainly recommend it to family and friends!

Stunning

We had stayed before so knew we wanted to stay here again but longer as it is amazing. The rooms are so so spacious and the staff are so lovely. The location is great, right near Dean's Village and a comfortable walk to the castle and Old Town. We loved the bakery order (they even had a GF option) and the little shop We highly recommend staying her if you are visiting Edinburgh

Great option for a stay in Edinburgh

Lovely, clean, well equipped suite in great west end location. Easy walk to Princes Street, cafes, restaurants, etc. Hotel has great facilities including comprehensive offerings of food, wine, and other comestibles paid on an honesty basis as well as a guest laundry. Very happy to recommend and look forward to staying again :)

Good choice if you use a car and reserved paid parking.

The Hapimag was charming, comfortable and finely detailed. The bed was comfortable and the lovely living room was a great bonus.

The location of the property, for many senior citizens like us, will find it too far to walk to the center and back It is for this reason we will not stay here again. We witnessed an older couple like us, laboring to get back with groceries. Younger people could do great here

The towels was always dirty even after change its guest house not hotel it shoud be more clear in advertising if toilet paper finish and something doesn’t work reception and no one is there to help after 8, but really u can only request before 12 noon if u need something. Old town with old bed smell

We booked this location because we wanted the charm of an old Villa style hotel. Yes it was old and smelled very old especially the bed had a terrible smell I sprayed so much perfume on it to be able to sleep. There was this bed throw which was the source of that terrible smell . We didn’t know that there is no service when booked the hotel guess o didn’t read the fine print. You had to literally ask for your room to be made up. Sorry dear property but the smell of the room/ bed was why I am giving you this rating . It was terrible

Superb accommodation with easy access to Edinburgh, very helpful and friendly staff.

Amazing room exceptional quality and very clean. The booking for breakfast was simple via app and the pastries were lovely. The honesty box system was easy to use and prices were not excessive.

Beautiful apartments in a great location.

Fabulous apartment, very stylish. High-end accommodation, we had access to a courtyard which got the sun in the afternoon.

We had booked an apartment with a sofa bed but they told us there wasn’t one available. Had to sleep on a pull-down single bed which wasn’t ideal although it was comfortable with top quality bedding. Unfortunately when I rolled over in the night I cracked my head on the corner of the unit which stores the bed.

Beautiful Hotel Close to Everything.

The location was perfect. A short 10 to 15 minute walk to all the tourist sites. The rooms are fantastic, huge ceilings, large beds, nice sitting area, great bathrooms. The staff downstairs was very helpful with suggestions for food, tour attractions and non touristy points of interest. The hotel is located on a quiet, safe ,beautiful street. The views from the room were incredible.

Even though they only charged 52 pence for a nespresso coffee pod it would have been nice to have them in the room for early morning coffee.

All the staff were very helpful. Hotel location is perfect!

I strongly recommend to change Suite 12´s bed!! I am still feeling the coils in my back. Difficult to believe that you have so old mattress in a hotel.
