The location was perfect for me as my cousin lived around the corner, and the bus service into the centre of town was just along the road. The shower was brilliant and everything was very clean. The host was friendly and very helpful and explained clearly all I needed to know.
The bedroom floor was a bit cold and i wished I’d brought my sheepskin slippers!

So this is a private property, hosted by a private person. There is a family who are also live in - so you need to manage. However there is no interference, but still you feel a little stressed when you see a family living in the same house. Very clean and quiet.
The bus service is close by, however from princes street (central) it is a bit far 35-40 mins. With cab around 20-25 mins. Rooms are upstairs and there is no lift
My room was very cold during the night, the radiator was switched on, however the heating was not enough to fulfil the requirement for the weather. I had a bad throat and a little chest ache just after the night. Nancy was easily approachable, however we need to check that how much the heating is required. Nancy is very sweet and approachable.

The owners are lovely and helpful giving good advice and very welcoming. The location is in a residential neighborhood 20 mn by bus from the city center. The room was clean and simple with everything you need. It is 25 min away from the airport with the bus that you can take around the corner of the street. I could drop my bag before the check in, but couldn’t use the toilets.
Overall it was okay but it is way too expensive for what it is. It is not mentioned that you actually live in their house. My bathroom was not in my room but outside of it which was okay because I was the only one renting a room on that night. Would be valuable to simply mention it. You can also hear them speaking or playing piano which again is okay, if mentioned. The shower was super small, you can’t really move in there. This is clean the owner are nice, really nice but this is not worth this price.
