Great location for City Centre without the CC price. Bus stop just outside that takes you into Princess Street. Breakfast was good with a great selection of hot & cold food and drinks. The room was basic but very clean and the beds were really comfortable.I will definitely stay again

Room was big and very modern. Super clean and minimal wear and tear.
Staff were so helpful, i had to unexpectedly extend my stay and they really went out of their way to help me.
