Location is fab. Not far to walk from Waverley train station. In new town and within walking distance of lots of places of interest. We walked 10 miles each day. We love fitness. Dogs were with us and lots of dog friendly cafes and shops
Not a problem for us but bear in mind spiral staircase for those with limited abilities.

Great location, nice building
It was a bit loud with road noise but this was to be expected with the central location, we also are used to it very quiet

Great Room and did for a couple nights and I liked having a wee kitchen and fridge. More hotels should provide a fridge for drinks.
I felt the room could of used a mirror that wasn't juat the bathroom mirror that had a shelf through it. The spiral staircase up to the room was difficult to get my suitcase up with on arrival.
