    Great location, 20 minutes walk down the hill to the Castle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. We would happily return.

    We came a wee bit early and had to wait to check in. Check in staff were least friendly or helpful of the lot. Room was large with nice view but bathroom small. I wouldn't recommend for anyone with walking difficulties. The accessible entry ramp goes down to basement level bar entry to elevator. Possible, but clearly built as an afterthought for compliance. Breakfast was good and location was great.

    The staff were incredibly kind and responsive. When I arrived early, they were able to shift things around and get me in my room several hours before formal check-in time. They accommodated my requests for buckets of ice. They were always friendly and helpful!

    Suffice it to say we had to be moved to another room twice in a 2 night stay. The 1st room assigned was located on the lower ground floor and was in an area that had a dreadful damp odour. The 2nd room was so small we could hardly walk around our bags. The 3rd room was much closer to our expectations but after much stress and inconvenience.
