The staff at the hotel is exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful. I was allowed an early check in and also an upgrade. Importantly, the cleanliness and hygiene is top class. The location is awesome, right in the middle of the city. The bus (100) to the airport leaves from right outside the hotel. Highly recommended for a stress free stay

I stayed at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Edinburgh with my family and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was neat, clean, spacious, and more like an apartment, which was perfect for a family stay.
One unique aspect of our stay was that our room was located in a separate building about three blocks away from the main hotel reception. It had its own entrance that could only be accessed using the room key card. While this provided extra privacy and a quieter environment, it also meant that we had very little interaction with the hotel or its staff. We only visited the reception to collect and return the access cards.
Overall, the excellent location, spacious apartment-style accommodation, and cleanliness made for a comfortable stay. Guests should simply be aware that, depending on the room assigned, they may be staying in a separate building rather than the main hotel.

The location is excellent, with many tourist attractions within easy reach. The daily room cleaning service was outstanding and kept the room spotless. The room was well equipped with an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and an electric kettle with complimentary coffee, tea, and milk. The toiletries provided were plentiful and of great quality. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This location is perfect if you’ll be spending all of your time in the city as most things are walkable and easy to get to!
The hotel itself had the lift being renovated while we were there, so stairs may be required to get your luggage up and down - note the hotel has four levels of rooms.
The room was dated, but it was fine. The main issue we had was that the room would get too hot that we would need to open a window even with the heating off, in winter. The room also had poor wifi, we had lots of strangers/guests hovering in the hallway at night using wifi as a result.
Great location and nice staff, but the hotel could use a few small improvements.
