    The guy in reception is very rude, the one with orange hair. He’s very unapproachable when checking in and panicked when everyone is checking out. I understand that it might be a lot of pressure but since he’s in this industry, you might be at least very friendly as much as you can.

    A two-star hotel at best. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we checked in, everything felt disorganized and poorly managed. And that’s without even getting into the breakfast, which was another major disappointment. Overall, the experience was far below our expectations and absolutely not worth the price we paid.
