    Room without windows was surprisingly good clean. Only issue was underground noise but not a big issue

    Fantastic place to stay. Just enough distance away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk or catch train. Hotel nicely presented. Stall very helpful. Close to restaurants, cafes and bars. Would recommend and stay again.

    It is an eco-friendly hotel. The room is small with foldable chair. If you have a large baggage, you might need to take that into consideration. No kettle and iron in the room. Drinking water is available at reception on request. Ironing room is on second and third floor. They only do room service every 4th day of your stay which is not great but you can request additional towels or amenities at the reception. Check in and out was smooth. Staffs are nice and friendly. They offer free breakfast for direct booking. Walking journey from Haymarket to the hotel is going up hill, with 10 mins walk.

    Air cond not working and the room became stuffy, we found out and reported once we checked in , and checked again at night. Still didnt work~ we stayed until 2am and really could not stay the heat and they final helped us to move around 230am
