The location was good and easy to get to from the train station by bus. The self check-in was great and the help yourself breakfast was convenient.
The selection for breakfast wasn’t great especially after I had seen what I now assume must have been old photos, showing a full English breakfast so was a bit disappointed with the very basic options (cereal, yoghurt, fruit and bread for toast). Also, the full length mirror in the room was obscured by the drawers.

Very Noisy, not a great shower

Location - just in front of the zoo and the easy access to the centre. Inside there was all that we needed- nicely furnished appartment and below a well equiped kitchen and a nice dining area for the guests.
We were struggling a bit to open the room doors with a Keypad Lock

The location is perfect for where I was going next. It’s great to see there were laundry facilities available too.
There was a layer of dust on the toilet - behind the seat and on the top. Clearly hadn’t been used the night before. The size and quality of the towels weren’t great. I also didn’t see a staff member at all during my stay so not sure what I would have done if an emergency occurred. My room was by the road so through the blind and the curtain I could see the street lights coming in.
