Very friendly staff and spacious room. The parking spot seemed very secure as it was separated from the street by a wall and gate.
The beds were comfy for us but the mattresses were really soft which is not everyone's cup of tea.

The rooms were clean except for the room my parents stayed in when she pulled her bed out there was food down the side of hers which had been there for a little while!! But other than that the staff were extremely friendly, helpful couldn't have asked anymore from them. The hotel is in a great location, bus stops outside which takes 15 mins into Edinburgh city perfect!!!
The adults Fried breakfast was a kids portion rather than an adults portion!!Fried tomato on breakfast was a slice of fresh tomato instead!!
My mum pulled her bed out and there was all good down the side of it, which looked like it had been there for a while!! The beds creeked and the overall Hotel could do with a touch of paint.

Hotel was ideally placed for the purpose of our visit to Edinburgh for the football match at Murrayfield only a 15 minute walk from hotel. Stay were pleasant and helpful and the hotel itself was perfect for our 1 night requirement.
Price was a little bit on the high side for the night but was probably due to its location and proximaty to Murrayfield where there was a football match on that we had travelled up to Edinburgh to attend.
