Simple room, but comfortable, quiet, and clean. Easy access to central Edinburgh by bus. I got a warm welcome from the staff, and I enjoyed chatting at the bar and enjoying some nice whisky!
For the price it was just right. There was nothing that I didn't like.

Found parking space round the back, warm welcome on our arrival. Comfortable and clean room, and though overlooking the main road, little noise to disrupt our sleep Under new management, we wish them well under these very trying times for hospitality

Easy bus route into Edinburgh. Nice friendly welcome, fabulous building.
It's a very tired hotel. Bathroom was in serious need of an upgrade. Mould in the corner of the shower, shower tube was broken, peeling lino on the floor. Everything needs a freshen up, and felt very overpriced.
