Easy to find and really comfortable stay

Great location, close to bus route so getting around was easy. Also close to the Water of Leith which made it very scenic. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and in good order.
The bathroom was boiling and there wasn't a guide to the property so it was only on the second day that we found the switch for the towel rail and turned it off (room 1 - it's the switch under the TV, to the left of the room heater).

Location was excellent, easily accessible to busses, to entry.
We booked for 1 week, the room was only cleaned once.
Sheets not changed, towels we had to ask for them, toilet paper we had to ask.
Bins we had to empty.
Staff doesn't speak English to communicate they use the Google translate.
Stained wall as per picture.
