    Loved my stay very cosy, we went on new years eve was super busy but still managed to get parking outside, not too far from the centre it is walkable even in the winter, there is so much to see on the way and loads of different routes too. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms were massive and beds were clean too.

    Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing in several respects. I asked for an extra pillow, which I thought would be a simple request, but received a rather awkward response from the receptionist saying she could not guarantee one. More concerning, our rooms were not cleaned for two days. When we asked about this, we were told that this was because we were staying for more than three days. This policy was not made clear to us beforehand and was quite surprising. I was also disappointed to discover that the rooms were windowless. This was not clear to me when booking through Agoda, and I believe such an important feature should be prominently disclosed. Overall, clearer information at the time of booking, better housekeeping arrangements, and a more helpful approach to simple guest requests would significantly improve the experience.
