Good stay, clean and facilities good

The hotel room was nice enough, especially for the price it was great value! The staff were friendly and polite. The room itself was spotless. I was pleasantly surprised by the kettle and coffee and tea options. The location is quite far out from the centre but easy to navigate with uber/public transport. The only negative aspect was the shower not draining properly and flooding the bathroom.

we are asian family and we all can sense that when we arrived and checked in both of the receptionists we spoke to were a bit eyeing on us. the male receptionist which we spoke to when we arrived and asked about the parking if we can park the car at that time, he was abrupt -told me to register the car then come back to check in in the afternoon. when we also checked out was a bit harsh in his tone and eye rolling when spoken to- gave him the room keys told him that I have not been asked to pay for the car park yet and would like to pay for an extra if that is possible for us to leave the car even if we are checking out - he seem not happy with the fact that I have not paid (when no one asked me to in the first place) with a harsh tone he told me I can only park for 24 hrs so I had to repeat myself and told him again that yes I understand, but I am asking if it is possible to rather pay an extra, on the 3rd time I repeated it, He must have understood thus was able to park out car in the end, still grateful. the young lady receptionist was also harsh on tone when we checked out that afternoon- she asked me that I need to pay for the 2nd room, told her I paid for it online and she kept insisting so I showed here the app and told her again that I paid for it and she almost sighed and eye rolled. told me the directions on a very unfriendly tone. The room did not feel cozy, it was a bit dim and gloomy and sort of dusty. no toiletries included apart from toilet paper and shower bath.
