    Absolutely excellent hotel service! The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every service was delivered with care and efficiency. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and outstanding service.

    Paid for room at a very high price with no water supply. Water was leaking at the lobby. Couldn't shower for more than a day. Water supply resumed on the 2nd day evening. Hotel refused to compensate for the trouble. After arguing hotel willing to compensate 10% then increased to 15% of the rate. Will ban this hotel for life....

    Its location is very convenient as the bus stop is just outside the hotel. There are many buses between the hotel and the train station. Be aware of the £10 charge if you would like to keep your luggage there before the check-in time. No fridge in the room, as expected. It is okay for a short one night stay, as staying in the city center is just too expensive. This gives ppl a more affordable option.
