The room was spotlessly clean, facilities such as fridge and electric kettle in great condition, the bed very comfortable. I particularly love the nice touch of a tea pot and a jug of milk inside the fridge as I always want to make tea. I was impressed how everything fit so well even though the room was not particularly big.
My room was above the kitchen and the aroma of fried bacon was a bit too much during breakfast time.

Nice owners, quiet rooms (backyard), nice parking, comfy bed (but soft matress, depend on your preferences), good communication, nice backyard garden
I will prefer rather chairs and table to sit together, rather than sofa and TV (rooms 6&7), but again, preferences mathers

Looks nice and was within walking distance to Ye Olde Inn for dinner. Hosts were nice and attentive. It’s quiet.
On a very busy street and I can see travelers might have to turn around further down the street to come back and pull into driveway easier. Bed was small for two adults. Pillows were thin and flat.

Good signage on busy road. Onsite parking and close to good public transport.
Shower temperature fluctuates and is impacted when the toilet is flushed or the basin turned on.
