Cozy room in a nice area

The staff is super friendly and even prepared us a breakfast to go because one day we had to leave really early for a tour. The building is in a nice quiet area with bus stop just a few steps away.

It's not really close to the city center and you have to take public transport to get there, which is not really cool if you need to go back and return to the city in the same day. You should really leave in the morning with all you need because otherwise it takes too long.

Hotel after late flight in.

Easy access from the airport and then into the city centre the next day.

Position of the television on the wall. Unable to watch the television as this was not on a moveable bracket so when laid in bed you would have to crick your neck to see any programme.

Comfortable guest house in the Queensferry area of Edinburgh about a 20 minute taxi ride from Edinburgh Waverley Train station, a 40 minute bus journey from Edinburgh City Centre and about 10/15 minute taxi/car ride from Edinburgh Airport. Ground floor and upper floor en-suite rooms for singles, couple or families. Hotel has nice decour with wooden/plastic flooring throughout the building. Staff are nice if a little quiet. The building and rooms are cleaned daily. Bufet breakfast included in price. ham, cheese, yogot, toast, tea/coffee, boiled eggs,sireals. My partner and I stayed in room 3 on ground floor. Room is accessed via a touch keypad and code. Room has couble bed with pillows, bed sheets, duvet. Bath towels included. Table, two chairs. Tea/coffee and milk and sugar sashays in room, plus kettle. Bathroom has toilet with paper, sink with hand soap and good shower with strong pressure and hot water. Sliding door for shower and bathroom. Shampoo and show jell bottles in shower. Rubbish bin in room. Small table each side of bed. Heating in room and batroom.

Room is a bit of strange shape. Staff didn't communicate too much. Were unsure how to help two blind people. Room 3 maybe a little small for 2 people due to the rooms shape and one wall jutting out into the room. Tea/coffee cup verry small.

Our ground floor double room with garden view was clean and modern but very small for 2 people. We felt it would be better as a single room. Had to store our suitcases in the bathroom.

My stay was pleasant. The place was cool and the people were courteous and respectful.

The breakfast was fantastic and trust me, it was really nice. I think they need to consider scrambled eggs as part of the menu and let the breads be less exposed to air. I also think that the breakfast time could be extended. 6:30-10:30 am. So it doesn't get crowdy all at once. It is a very nice place. I will recommend it for a week honeymoon especially because of the garden scenery.

I think they should be more involved with assisting the customers than otherwise. I don't see why I can't get laundry services if I need to wash my clothes. I came from a near 20 hours flight and I couldn't get that done. I also struggled with transportation and to locations I was going to. I think they should have a tourist guide magazine in each room. Also, the tv comes on at strange hours of the night, that should never happen.

To find the place is awkward as it's close to a roundabout where you are concentrating on the roundabout and then you find the place, so perhaps a bigger sign.

The tv did not get reception, upstairs walked around their room all night and we could hear every footstep, toilet functions, it was dreadful

Decent, close to airport

On the outskirts of Edinburgh but close to airport and bus stop. Breakfast is ok but basic.

The hotel sent us a 75 GBP surcharge without specifying what it was for or documenting it. Hardly saw any staff when we there. Rooms live up to pictures.

The locks on the doors could be a little difficult to turn at times, which might create difficulties for someone older or with hand problems.

Our host Sharon was excellent. Made us sandwiches because we had to catch an early morning flight. The property is great. Few cons: no cupboard or storage space in the rooms, only 1 set of coat rack The location is a bit tricky, on a busy street, just adjacent to a traffic signal. Ubers were refusing to stop at the location.

Unfortunately we were unable to have breakfast, as we had a early morning flight, but the kitchen looked well kept and probably had a great selection for those staying the night.

The ONLY thing that was an issue was how thin the walls were. You could hear everything that was going on throughout the building.

Unser Zimmer an der Straßenseite extrem laut. Leider keinerlei Möglichkeit einer Kleidungsablage im Zimmer. Kein Schrank, keine Kommode oder Regal vorhanden. Man muss bei einem Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen aus dem Koffer leben. Und das bei sehr begrenztem Raum. Leider sah man in all den Tagen niemanden, der im Frühstücksraum einmal einwenig einen Putzlappen benutzen würde.

Aunque parece alejado del centro tiene la parada del autobús en la puerta y también esta bien comunicado con el aeropuerto Hay un supermercado al lado y es una zona muy tranquila

Reservamos una habitación doble con 2 camas y al llegar era la habitación 1 es muy pequeña y las camas son una litera. Por lo demás todo bien
