Was greeted at the property by a host (not the owner) who was very helpful at getting us checked in and made sure that we were comfortable. The room that my group had was lovely, very comfortable beds and nice heated flooring in the bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower, little to no noise on a night, heard birds tweeting in the morning, lovely stay.

Edinburgh West Residence was ideal for what we needed. With 3 comfortable beds at a fair price, location was a single bus journey to the City Centre and Airport. The host, Adam, who has recently acquired the B&B, has big plans to improve and develop it from his predecessor, he is more than happy to help and is conscious of his customers needs. Very easy access to the property, nice bathroom and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
The weather in April... hail, snow, wind, rain. Nothing about the property though.
