    Staff were welcoming, professional and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and clean with tea making facilities. Breakfast was fine a fair selection of hot items, toast, pastries. Cereals were basic and it would have been nice to have porridge, we were in Scotland after all we were in Scotland. Very convenient transport links and a nearby centre with some restaurant chains and other stores. Would be happy to stay again. A shout out to Kristy and Liam on reception for being so welcoming.

    Overall all is well.. The staff very accomodating. The Duty Manager Ms. Thailia very helpful and team. Nice hotel, good location, and accessible to public transportation.

    I read alot of comments about the air conditioning however it was superb in my room. Breakfast was fine. There is scrambled eggs. Cereals . Croissant and toast. Jam and Nutella. Variety of coffee and tea. You might wait 10-20 minutes to be seated if you come late. I would recommend that they add some cheese. The hotel is 20-25 minutes to city centre by bus (there is a stop just beside the hotel that takes you directly to the centre). Near the hotel there is a mall with restaurants, cinema, pool and bowling. The room is little small , and also the blankets are small a bet.

    The Edinburgh Festival Fringe pushes up accommodation costs in the city centre, so I picked Leith as my plan B. The hotel is right next to Ocean Terminal, making it convenient to get around the city by bus. The journey to the Old Town takes about 30 minutes.However, you can notice the wear and tear on the room facilities. The A/C constantly malfunctions and makes a loud noise, and there is rust inside the kettle and even in the tap water.There is no direct line to the reception. You have to dial the main hotel hotline, listen to an IVR menu, and select the correct option before speaking to anyone. This system is quite absurd.
