    I think there is a lacking of staff, at breakfast it seemed impossible to get a waiter to take our orders. I understand they are just doing their jobs but maybe could assign more people for breakfast shifts as there are many couples and families. Also on our first night we asked for some bottles of water to be sent to the room . Had to wait for a whole hour and the water still had not been sent to the room. Only when I said I could come down and collect the water myself did a staff member send up the water to the room. Check in was also very lackluster. The gentlemen who checked us in didn’t let us know what amenities the hotel had to offer. I just felt that he could do that to enhance the check in experience.
