Great location and spacious flat.

We had a group of 8 with three couples. The space was more than enough, comfortable, with a great common room and kitchen. We were very impressed.

We wouldn't return again

The location was very good and the proximity to things like restaurants etc.

The apartment was not what we were expecting. We are intentional travellers and the exterior of the building was very shabby, with beer bottles and an overgrown bush, a worn out door, and dark and dingy entrance that looks like it's from a horror movie. 4 flights of stairs in the dark with luggage really was not how we expected this to play out. Please note: the property itself is just ok. It 100% felt like a student accommodation and the kitchen was pretty basic.

Very disappointed 😞

Spacious and restored bathroom facilities beds comfy

Pictures in description taken long time ago. Very dated. Carpet seam ripped and loose so dangerous for tripping. I husband fell. ENTRY WAY WAS DISGUSTING. Dirty, animal droppings left several days, etc. CAN'T IMAGINE BOOKING.COM WOULD RECOMMEND.

The ironing board wasn't in great condition. Some of our party found the stairs difficult as there was 3 flights but we did know that before arrival

Terrific stay

It was terrific for our multi generational stay. We walked and also caught the bus into central town. The hosts were very responsive.

Lovely flat

Lovely spacious flat. Very well decorated. Looks like it has all been recently refurbished.V comfy beds. Very clean. Great location. Bus stop outside door and easy access to Princes St...bus or 15 minute walk . Lots of places to eat close by, supermarkets less than 5 mins walk.

Tenement flat on top floor...so up 3 flights of steps.So not suitable if you have mobility issues. Shared stairwell which was noisy at weekend with other tenants. But you're in the city so that's to be expected and it didn't bother us ...just be aware if you did have young children with you as 2 bedrooms at front were noisy. Other 3 bedrooms at back were quiet.

Apartment well equipped and decorated, everything working perfectly. The very attentive host who provided all the necessary information for a pleasant stay. Excellent option for family travel.

A very enjoyable stay.

The rooms were lovely, beds were very comfortable and there was lots of space for us all to use. The hosts were very good at responding quickly to any queries we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only minor thing I noticed was that a few of the doors creaked when opening/closing then, which had the potential to wake others up when so many people shared the apartment. My niece stayed in one bedroom which only had a sky light window but there was no way of covering this window to block the light therefore the room was very light early in the morning.

Great, comfortable apartment! Plenty of room for the 5 of us to have privacy and be together at the same time!

The steps! 3rd floor but really 4 flights. Just something to consider especially if traveling with elderly family members.

The place is pleasant, we will rent again if no elderly

Spacious, and very clean . The apartment can accomodate 10 people. If you need to cook , the kitchen is well equipped and the stores are within reach. The staff are very accomodating and helpful.

The location is really more than 30 minutes walk from the train station but the bus stop is just 5 steps from the door. The apartment is on the top floor and quite difficult for the elderly , but it’s understandable because most of the houses and buildings are old and have no lift. The apartment is modernized but outside is not maintained and look really dirty and quite smelly also. Another thing is , it is quite difficult to open the door downstairs but we were warned before hand .

Muy cómodo.

Muy confortable y la parada de autobus en frente de puerta. La cocina, los baños, las habitaciones, el salón, sinceramente te hace sentir muy cómodo en la casa.

No es referente al alojamiento, que está muy bien, es al portal de entrada. No hay luz y es un tercer piso sin ascensor, cuando vuelves por la noche puede ser peligroso por caídas si vas con personas senior. Sería recomendable darle una solución.

Maravilloso

Las instalaciones, ubicación y cabe destacar lo bien equipado que se encuentra el alojamiento. Nos hemos alojado 8 personas y disponíamos de todo tipo de cosas para que la estancia haya resultado muy agradable. Además, la comunicación con Sara ha sido muy fluida y se ha mostrado pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda, lo recomendamos para pasar unos días en Edimburgo ya que merece mucho la pena si vas en grupo. Mejor que un hotel.

Es un tercero sin ascensor, pero a pesar de ello, es muy aceptable teniendo en cuenta lo bien cuidado y equipado que está el alojamiento.
