We had a group of 8 with three couples. The space was more than enough, comfortable, with a great common room and kitchen. We were very impressed.

The ironing board wasn't in great condition.
Some of our party found the stairs difficult as there was 3 flights but we did know that before arrival

The location was very good and the proximity to things like restaurants etc.
The apartment was not what we were expecting. We are intentional travellers and the exterior of the building was very shabby, with beer bottles and an overgrown bush, a worn out door, and dark and dingy entrance that looks like it's from a horror movie. 4 flights of stairs in the dark with luggage really was not how we expected this to play out.
Please note: the property itself is just ok. It 100% felt like a student accommodation and the kitchen was pretty basic.
