Central location apartment for max 10 persons.

Location, all of central Edinburgh within 15 minutes walking. Kitchen fully equipped. Surprisingly good sound proofing of street noise. Responsive host. Self check in & out.

Relatively expensive at €550 per night. Stairs up to 3rd floor quite a climb due to very high ceilings. Small bathrooms. Of max 10 pax capacity only 2 individual, rest 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds. Table seating max 6 pax, plus 4 pax kitchen counter.

A great property for a great stay. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with all the necessary amenities. Good location, 15 minutes walking to Royal Mile, with the tram station right outside that goes all the way to/from the airport. Restaurants, bars, and mini grocer very near to property. The only problem is that most food stopped being served by 8pm.

There were very few negatives. First, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. The second was that one of the bathroom showers was slow draining due to the "style of plumbing" of the building (owner's husband came to fix next day). Last, some of the beds were not that comfy where springs could be felt.

Enjoyable stay with well equipped "home" away from home.

It is in very good condition, fully equipped kitchen with oven and complete utensils for 10 of us (even more) plus all kind of drinking glasses. Our host Giovanna was extremely helpful despite our much delayed arrival passed 11pm to ensure we are safely & comfortably accommodated.

Due to us traveling from Malaysia, with a one too many luggage, heaving them up to 3 floor is quite an exercise.

Great central location for Edinburgh and all the sights. Hosts were lovely, very helpful and responsive. Apartment was spotless, well equipped and spacious.

Great apartment, great location, great host

property is very clean spotless throughout. Beds very comfortable. Host had left tea and coffee and other items for our stay. Host replied to messages within minutes and was very helpful. Bathrooms were very clean also- host provided towels for us which was great.

Nothing apart from there being no lift. Apartment was on third floor, was a lot of stairs to climb.

The host was fantastic and the location was perfect. There is a Tesco express around the corner which came in handy. The apartment has everything you need and is bigger than the pictures.

The beds were not very comfortable but that's just down to preference.

Loved the Scotland apartment for family of 10.

The location was great and walking distance to the Royal Mile, grocery store and restaurants. The apartment configuration was perfect for the 10 of our family with one person on a sofa bed. The apartment was will stocked with anything you may need and was very clean. The host was available 24/7 and provided great service. The restaurant downstairs owned by the Host had the best Italian food and we ate there several times. We really enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend it to a large family group.

There was Club across the street that a bit loud around due to Club not closing until 3:00 am. Once we closed the windows, it was fine. Obviously, the Host had no control over the Club party goers.

This property is prime location for exploring Edinburgh city centre. it has everything and more literally on the door step of the apartment. The property very comfortably slept 5 and we had a fabulous time.

lovely apartment, really well organised and very clean. loads of facilities such as the dishwasher and washing machine. We really enjoyed eating at the restaurant too with our discount!

Only thing was the blind and the reading light in the bunk bed room didn’t work.

Great location- close the station, restaurants and tourist attractions. The flat had all essential facilities, spacious and nicely done. The host was very friendly and helpful. She answered all questions and queries.

Beds were a little nosy/ squeaky and the doorbell numbers aren't clear so someone rang our doorbell late at night. Otherwise it was great

Hosts were excellent. Changed the date of our booking due to the COVID lockdown. Extremely helpful hosts, very accommodating. Apartment was lovely and spacious and with two good quality shower rooms. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and crockery which is massive help in a group of 8.

Apartment is very warm, especially if the sun is out! With this in mind you need to have the windows open overnight... Over the way are a couple of lively bars which can be heard from the rooms... Wasn't a problem for my group as we are all heavy sleepers but could be an issue for some.

Nos contestaron en seguida y fueron muy amables , se adaptaron a nuestra situación completamente y fueron comprensivos. El apartamento está bastante bien, éramos 9 y cupimos perfectamente. El sofá cama no era muy cómodo pero el resto de camas genial y se estaba calentito en invierno eso se agradece. Además la cocina está muy nueva y ha de todo para poder cocinar. También tienen juegos de mesa y las duchas funcionan correctamente.

Nærme attraksjoner som royal mile, calton hill og Arthurs Seat. Godt utstyrt kjøkken, og veldig greit med oppvaskmaskin. Fikk fort svar om vi lurte på noe, veldig god kommunikasjon.

Det er lyd fra gata, men en må regne med lyder i storby. Vi hadde også med ørepropper, så gikk fint,
