What I like the most about the property was how convenient it was with everything. All establishments are just within walking distance. The apartment itself is also a blast since all you need are provided. The place is clean as well. Also when we arrived a little bit early, we went to their office hoping to leave our luggages since it’s not yet check in time, the staff was very accommodating. Kudos to that. Very highly recommended.

We loved the location of the apartments, anywhere we wanted to go was within a 10 minute walk. So close to restaurants of all budgets and you can shop until you drop when staying here!! The best thing was we could go back drop the shopping off and go again ☺️
Our room smelt like fried food unfortunately, when we looked out of the window, we were behind KFC and McDonalds which is where the smell came from. Even though all of the windows were constantly closed we could still smell it. We actually didn’t spend any time in the room unless we were sleeping/getting changed or ready as it was so bad

Really smart,clean Studio.Was down for an Art workshop at The Scottish Gallery so was perfectly Easy access to both property and flat.
I really liked the studio and the impressive I did not give it 10/10 was
* I struggled to operate the oven and eventually have up.I did look at your online instructionsnbut they were rather minimal.Can I suggest a more comprehensive instruction guide for the oven
*Probably out with your control but I think you need to alert people staying in that studio that there is an incredibly noisy extractor fan noise that comes,I think,from the fast food outlets below and goes on for what felt most of the night.It didn't really bother me but might do some of your guests

Clean and everything was as we expected.
The external sash windows rattled all night. The gaps in the sash windows mad howling noise all through the night. Never got more than 3 hours sleep over the 2 nights and on the 2nd night if I hadn't had a drink that evening I would have drove home at 2.00 in the morning. Would not go back again.

Central Location, well kitted out, bed was reasonable.
No grab rail in shower, also lots of door slamming on the Sunday night /Monday morning between 2 am & 4.30 am from flat next door.

opened the windows to allow a bit of fresh air but nearby restaurants vented to the back of their properties making the apartment smell of food. This was the only thing though.

It was smack bang in the middle of the city centre, it was toasty warm with good transport links to Murrayfield
The bed was way too soft for both me and my Husband it was crippling our backs so never had a decent sleep all the time we were there. But the worst thing was the smell from the extractor fan from KFC … I felt quite nauseated for the three days that I stayed there.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The hygiene was top-notch, everything was spotless and so well-kept. We really appreciated all the thoughtful supplies, the iron, airer, and hair dryer were such a nice touch and made our stay super comfortable. The host was very accommodating, and the sheets and towels were lovely and crisp. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location, right by Waverley Train Station with the perfect view for people-watching. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is modern and clean, and the bed is comfortable with fresh linens and towels provided. The central location is excellent, with shops and sights just around the corner, and the overall atmosphere of the flat is bright and pleasant. It felt like a good base for exploring the city.
From the ventilation/air conditioning of the neighboring building, there was a constant humming noise, both during the day and at night. In addition, the apartment on the other side of the corridor was being renovated, which meant the smell of paint lingered in my flat and there was renovation noise from the morning onwards.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was great. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen, which included a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, it was incredibly convenient. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed was right on our doorstep, restaurants, shops, and public transport were all within walking distance. It made getting around the city so easy. Highly recommended!
Just a small note for future guests: the entrance area is a bit dark, and there is a flight of stairs before you reach the elevator. This didn’t bother us at all, but it’s something to be aware of if accessibility is a concern.

Apartment was in a great, very central location. Plenty of space for 2 people. Good kitchenette and bathroom with a good sized shower. Washing and drying facilities were definitely a bonus. There is a flight of stairs to get to the first level, but then a lift from the first level to levels 2 and 3 (but wasn't working to level 4 at the time). No parking on-site but the hotel provides discounted parking for a public car park nearby (St James Quarter car park) - need to pick up a validation ticket from the office about 8 minutes walk away.
No air con so it was quite hot but we were able to open the windows a bit to get some air flow.

Apartment 1b has a noisy fan running (outside the window but linked to a neighbouring business) until the early hours of the morning which was a bit of a nightmare.

Location was convenient to most events we attended. Apartment had two bathrooms for two couples and enough room in the living space.
Four flights of stairs (lift only goes to two of them) with a sprained ankle. One bedroom really small with double bed. Very hot in apartment when warm out.

The apartment was clean, had what we needed, the outlook was diabolical, filthy bins, every window looked onto industrial extractors, which were so loud we couldn't sleep, and they were on all night,
As above, also bins and wooden pallets stacked up against fire escape, and the smell of fast food fills the apartment from the extraction fans right outside the windows. I have posted photos, these are the outlook from the four windows.

Lift is not functioning so carrying luggage up 61 stairs was not fun. Airconditioning not functioning or alterable. Set to 25.5 was intolerable when you also can’t open windows. Limited lighting.

The location was great. Very close to Tran and Waverley Station.
You had to climb about 30-40 steps up the stairs to the first floor. From there you can take a lift but it wasn’t working. To get to our room was over 80 steps!! Going down with our luggage was harder than going up.
