Alright

Everything was alright it was clean the bathroom and rooms the location was convenient.

The heating and water temperature the heating suddenly stopped and we were really cold inside. One of our rooms got locked and we had to stay in the seating areas with 0 blankets they don’t have any spare blankets as well that made our night really hard. We tried to contact the host but it was really late so we didn’t got any response that time. It was hard to take shower as hot water was not coming..

5* Experience

What a welcome that our group of Irish guests got on our arrival last Tuesday. The owner of the house went beyond and above to make sure our stay was comfortable and checked in on us were we okay and did we need anything. The pool table and table tennis was an added bonus with everyone. The house was spotless and had everything we needed Buses into the city were across the road, Shopping center was only a 5 minute walk. So a big thank you and we will definitely return.

GOOD BASE FOR EXPLORING EDINBURGH

Spacious flat well located for bus travel around Edinburgh Shopping centre opposite for essential supplies and several good pubs in Mayfield Road a short walk or bus ride away. Large kitchen and lounge ideal for larger groups,

Roomy, comfortable and good location.

Good location. Parking was great and bus service to central Edinburgh just up the street. Kitchen facilities were good. Roomy and adequate for a large party. Shopping Center across the road was very handy.

The shower in the lower floor didn’t work very well. The curtain’s in our room were too small for the window. Booking.com double booked our property to another large party. It was sorted eventually but wasn’t very pleasant for the other party who turned up wanting in.

Lovely stay would highly recommend.

We had booked the whole of Ladyroad Apartments for a family visit to Edinburgh. All rooms were lovely and comfortable and we had plenty of room. The apartments are very accessible to the city as there are a number of buses which you can take. There is a shopping centre across the road so you can buy any groceries that you may need. The apartment was spotless. We didn't use the games room/sitting room but it is nice to have if you want to spend the evening there. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Not ideal for families

The house was was ideally placed out of the city and bus routes were every 10 mins which was ideal

The list of entertainment were not available the snooker table was about collapsing and no proper cues the ends were missing no PlayStation Machines or games. television in bedrooms were not working we had to provide own toiletries as said will be provided kitchen could do with an upgrade cutlery needed washing before use

very good location, close to supermarket for daily supplies, close to bus station is you traveling around. good and spacious parking on the street too. all rooms are nice and spacious!!! really good for a big group

kitchen on the top floor is a bit strange. game station was broken. only one cue is working for the pool. no ping pong ball on the ground for playing

Had our host been more accommodating towards and had a better attitude towards his paying guests then the reviews would

Very embarrassed how our host at the property acted when we called him to say that we'd run out of toilet roll. His reaction was quite shocking in fact very embarrassing as we were 10 girls and there was not even two very small toilet rolls which run out pretty fast as you can imagine. Called our host which he replied with well we only give two toilet roll per bathroom for the two nights to which we replied that we’d run out and we'd have to purchase our own if you didn't come from next door where he stayed to supply more to which he responded “ok buy you own”! Shower in the upstairs bathroom was broken and had to be held in order to shower. TV didn't work.

Superb

Location is great. There is a shopping center just across the road . It's a lovely apartment with big spacious rooms and furnitures .Lot of ventilation .place was well cleaned up before we moved in .We were group of 10 , easily we got accommodated there . Also ample free car parking space besides the apartment (we had 2 rented cars to park there ) Host (Amanda) was very responsive to all queries , room heating setup n wifi issues were resolved very quickly. Thank you.

Few quick points for improvement. Needs bit of mentainane on the locks of all doors...it's showing sign of wear n tear and bit loose . Door stoppers need to be proper as carpet is so plush the stopper doesn't stop the door rather caves in the carpet n door gets closed . Sliding door of bathroom is bit stiff and one has to be careful in sliding that .

Alojamiento excepcional para unos días en Edimburgo

El alojamiento estaba estupendamente. Buena ubicación (zona residencial frente a un centro comercial con supermercado), limpio, instalaciones bastante nuevas, cómodo, sin ruidos, independiente y con aparcamiento dentro sin problemas. El salón tiene una mesa de billar pequeña (que se convierte en mesa de tenis de mesa) y es bastante amplio. Las habitaciones de la primera planta son amplias y cómodas, así como el baño. En la planta de arriba está la cocina (amplia y cómoda, con todo el equipamiento), dos habitaciones más (más pequeñas al tener el techo abuhardillado) y un baño pequeño (pero suficiente y completo). Muy recomendable para ir con familia y amigos.

El alojamiento está muy bien, pero si no se dispone de vehículo, está lejos para ir andando al centro de la ciudad. La casa está entera enmoquetada y, si bien esto le puede gustar a mucha gente (sobre todo en invierno), a nosotros particularmente no es algo que nos guste (preferimos suelo convencional o tarima). Había una máquina de videojuegos retro (de arcade) y no funcionaba, y fue una pena porque a los niños (y a algunos adultos) les hubiera gustado jugar con ella. En general, no hay nada malo que reseñar.

Casa sucia y habitada?

Llegamos al apartamento y estaba sin limpiar, camas sin hacer y sucias, hasta con pañuelos de papel usados dentro, toallas mojadas y sucias amontonadas por los pasillos, Baños sucios y duchas con pelos. Un desastre, nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario, que no respondió hasta la mañana siguiente , pasamos la noche más desagradable y pensando que igual entraban otros habitantes a la casa con nosotros dentro. El propietario dijo que nos devolverá el dinero, pero nada. En repuesta al propietario: La casa se alquilo con mas de 10 días de antelación y el propietario se niega a devolver el dinero prometido.

Alles okay

Lage war gut, mit dem Bus ist man relativ schnell im Zentrum und man kann direkt gegenüber alles einkaufen was man braucht. Großes Haus, viele Zimmer und 2 Bäder, was echt praktisch ist.

Betten extrem winzig für zwei Personen, der Teppichboden dreckig und alle mussten ständig niesen. Die Küchen Ausstattung nicht so gut, Messer komplett Stumpf und Pfannen konnte man vergessen.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très propre, confortable, excellente literie, cuisine très bien équipée avec de nombreux produits pour l'arrivée . Quartier très agréable. Environ 15 min du centre en bus mais beaucoup de lignes menant au centre ville passent tout près de la maison.
