Luxury Victorian 5 bedroom apartment by Lady road apartments

The apartment was super clean and tidy, bedding smelt great and the pool table/ping pong table was a massive hit with the children. All rooms are spacious and have TVs and the kitchen is lovely and clean and spacious with a large dining table centred. I actually don't think the pictures do the apartment justice as we were so pleasantly surprised. The host was friendly and replied to messages within a day, allowing us to drop bags and keep bags safe while we explored on our last day which is such a lovely gesture. We were very grateful. Maybe a locker could be added to outside garage so guests wanting to do this didn't have to disturb your lovely mum next door! We will DEFINITELY be staying again. Fab location, Sainsbury's , mcds, Waterstones, coffee shop virtually opposite with an Uber costing no more than £12 to get to Princes St. Number 12 bus to the zoo from bus stop other side of the road. £16 single for 4 adults and 6 children, took about 40 minutes.

Everything was alright it was clean the bathroom and rooms the location was convenient.

The heating and water temperature the heating suddenly stopped and we were really cold inside. One of our rooms got locked and we had to stay in the seating areas with 0 blankets they don’t have any spare blankets as well that made our night really hard. We tried to contact the host but it was really late so we didn’t got any response that time. It was hard to take shower as hot water was not coming..
