RoyalMile Luxe - Elegant 3BR Apartment in Old Town

The location was fantastic, just off the Royal Mile and only around a 10-minute walk from Waverley Station, making it ideal for exploring Edinburgh. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, with no surprises on arrival. Communication from the management company was exceptional throughout our stay—they were always quick to respond, offered helpful recommendations for the local area, checked that we had everything we needed, and even provided both an early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge. Despite being in such a central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We’re really being picky here, as we genuinely struggled to find anything we didn’t like. If we were to make one suggestion, it would be that a corner sofa in the living area might make the space a little more comfortable for larger groups compared to the current three-seater sofa. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and have no real criticisms.

Single bed was slightly uncomfortable

The boiling hot tap in kitchen, the shower was good double bed without fire was compfy! Tea and coffee provided.

Door handle missing in bed room with the fire. Bathroom not clean, shelf’s under sink dusty and rubbish left. Plug for Radiator in bathroom not working, plug hanging off wall. No dish soap or tea towel in kitchen, fire hazard above the oven as fan extractor hood had rubbish on top, disinfecting wipes left there. Single bed very uncomfy. Carrubber’s Close was disgusting!! Covered in rubbish and stank of pee!!
