The property was located in an ideal location. Once we arrived we were able to walk every where. Downside is it was noisy because of location. There were 3 of us and only one key. This made it a little difficult to do anything separate. It would have been nice to have at least one more key.

Overall, this was a great choice for us. However, when we arrived, the boiler was offline (no heat or hot water). Techs were dispatched promptly the next morning and found gas line condensate trap was clogged up. This is a normal PM item on these units. Better maintenance and pre-stay prep (e.g verify boiler is running prior to guest arrival) could have spared us the inconvenience.
