Location
TVs x 3 didn’t work, doorbell didn’t work, no shelves to put clothing or mirror in master bedroom, no shelves in bathroom which is in need of update.

The apartments location is fantastic straight out onto the royal mile . The facilities were clean and lovely.
Accessing the property is a little off putting put once inside everything was lovely.

The flat itself was decent, at least on the surface. The location is the main positive, as close as you could hope for to the main attractions in Edinburgh.
The main problem with the property was the approach to it, both the road and the staircase. There was trash and quite disgusting smells all over the place and the staircase stank too. With a child this was quite a hard experience every time we went back to the place. The place itself looks ok on the surface, though there are also problems here too. It is not as well built as it appears.
