Apartment was beautiful and comfortable

Arrived at the apartment our code worked on the external door but not the door to the apartment it self, so had to call out of hours number. During our first night at the apartment another couple with child gained access to the apartment while myself and my partner were in bed. Too make matters worse, after checking my bank account, I have been charged two separate amounts by destiny Scotland on two separate occasions.

A beautiful apartment close located close to so many places to visit.

The location was perfect to venture into both the new and old towns. The apartment itself was stunning and spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Whilst near to a main road it was very quiet which was great. Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic and made the trip seem less.

Beautifully clean, modern, comfortable & well equipped apartments in the heart of Edinburgh with a fantastic outlook over Princess street & excellent views of Edinburgh Castle.

TV was a bit slow loading etc possibly the WiFi but we wasnt there to watch TV so not an issue for us

Great location, spacious, modern, clean, great views of castle

Lots of stairs was only downside, if you're travelling light would have been fine but we had large suitcases which was a bit awkward but we managed.

Very central, great decor, clean & great even for families.

We booked this apartment since we were in Edinburgh on NYE & we wanted to see the Hogmanay celebrations from the apartment itself - and we did see a lot! Apart from that, the location is super central. You go outside & find yourself in the middle of a long road (Princess Str.) with so many shops. Moreover, you only have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the old town part (uphill). The apartment was super clean & included all the listed facilities.

We would have been happier if the mattresses were a bit hard.

The closeness to the train station. Excellent location for accessing shops, tourist attractions.

The property didn’t have a lift. We were on the 3rd floor which was quite an exhausting walk up the stairs especially with our luggage.

You can't beat the location on this one

- Amazing location, you're literally on Princess street - The room is spacious, kitchen is well-equipped - Spacious bathroom - Very easy to get in and get out

- Wifi was very troublesome, slow to almost non-existent at times - The extra bed (paid extra) we got was not comfortable at all - The apartment could be kept cleaner

The location is excellent. Really clean and very comfortable. Well appointed.

We were in Room 6 of no 18 and there were two negatives - the room is very bright at night as the building behind leave their lights on all night. There is a generator immediately outside that runs all the time and could disturb a lighter sleeper.

Poor experience

Couldn't fault the appartment

Due to external noise all night from a industrial extraction unit we were unable to get to sleep we reported this issue to be told ( we have asked them repeatedly to address the problem with no joy) Not a great experience 😕

Great location, close to everything, can’t go wrong!

The location was AMAZING! We could not ask for a better place to be. We walked out and were seconds from Princess Street and Victoria Street. The Royal Mile was also very close, the castle was about a 12min walk and the Christmas Market was literally across the street! Loved the location

If we hadn’t paid for an extra rollaway bed the sofa would have been the only other sleep space which is fine but I thought the sofa was a sofa bed and it was not.

Disgusting smell of mold

The location of the property was good.

Very bad smell, similar to mildew or mold, was in the hallway which seeped into the apartment throughout the day. Had to keep the window open in the freezing cold to avoid the smell. Dreaded coming back to the apartment after a long day. Also had to climb many flights of stairs which they tell you only AFTER you book that there is no lift. Would never go back.

Highly recommend

Amazing location-right in the city centre on Princess street. We took a tram from the airport and it took us directly to the property, very convenient for a short city break when you don’t have much time to travel from property to the city centre. Most of the tourists attractions are walking distance, plus the tour buses stops are quite close too. We’ve been visiting around Christmas time, so Edinburgh Christmas market was just across the road from us. Property was clean, bath towels and toiletries provided, alongside with hair dryer, safe, coffee machine etc. The only downside was the very late check-in of 3pm (we arrived very early in the morning), but for this scenario there is a luggage room provided in the office, only 5 minutes walk away. We are very pleased with our stay, highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Very quick to respond to any questions that I asked. Excellent communication and a very easy check in process. The location is perfect and in very easy walking distance to the Old Town. The apartment is lovely and comfortable and it’s nice to have the option to turn up or lower the heating.

The apartment would benefit from a full length mirror in the bedroom. I would also mention that the lighting is extremely bright in the main area of the apartment and it would have been nice to have turned this off and had lights from a few lamps for the evenings.

Apartment was in a great location. Easy to get to as it was within a short walk of tram stop. Only a short walk to main tourist areas, restaurants, and pubs. Had a wonderful view of the castle.

The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and the views from the living room are really nice! The location was very central and walkable! We enjoyed our stay very much! Also we were able to have our luggage stored for free at their offices near by until our flight which was wonderful.

Lots of stairs in the building with no elevator but that’s not their fault just more of a FYI.

Location location location! Apartment was incredibly clean and had everything we needed really. Surprisingly quiet given the location as well. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff were fast with replying also which was a big bonus.

Overpriced and I was wrongfully charged for a damage I did not cause.

The appartment ist pretty enough, but very hot and you can’t open the window properly. It was extremely overpriced, but that was also due to a very busy weekend in town. I was however wrongly charged 100£ for a damage that I did not cause and that was overlooked by the cleaning team before we arrived.

Good but not great

Great apartment, great location, great comprehensive facilities

1. Wrong location/ misguided and wasn't told about the other door across the shop. 2. Was given the top most floor without any help from.thr staff to take the luggage without the lift. Was extremely difficult with a toddler. 3. Super loud music from across the street all the way till 12 am.

Location is Awsome, bathroom nice size.

Sooooo many steps and no lift. Not fun with heavy suitcases. No particularly clean, a lot of light comes through the blinds at night and there is a bright light right outside the window but the bed. Room 4. Hard to sleep with all the noise.
