The location is excellent. Really clean and very comfortable. Well appointed.

We were in Room 6 of no 18 and there were two negatives - the room is very bright at night as the building behind leave their lights on all night. There is a generator immediately outside that runs all the time and could disturb a lighter sleeper.

Poor experience

Couldn't fault the appartment

Due to external noise all night from a industrial extraction unit we were unable to get to sleep we reported this issue to be told ( we have asked them repeatedly to address the problem with no joy) Not a great experience 😕

Great location, close to everything, can’t go wrong!

The location was AMAZING! We could not ask for a better place to be. We walked out and were seconds from Princess Street and Victoria Street. The Royal Mile was also very close, the castle was about a 12min walk and the Christmas Market was literally across the street! Loved the location

If we hadn’t paid for an extra rollaway bed the sofa would have been the only other sleep space which is fine but I thought the sofa was a sofa bed and it was not.

Disgusting smell of mold

The location of the property was good.

Very bad smell, similar to mildew or mold, was in the hallway which seeped into the apartment throughout the day. Had to keep the window open in the freezing cold to avoid the smell. Dreaded coming back to the apartment after a long day. Also had to climb many flights of stairs which they tell you only AFTER you book that there is no lift. Would never go back.

Highly recommend

Amazing location-right in the city centre on Princess street. We took a tram from the airport and it took us directly to the property, very convenient for a short city break when you don’t have much time to travel from property to the city centre. Most of the tourists attractions are walking distance, plus the tour buses stops are quite close too. We’ve been visiting around Christmas time, so Edinburgh Christmas market was just across the road from us. Property was clean, bath towels and toiletries provided, alongside with hair dryer, safe, coffee machine etc. The only downside was the very late check-in of 3pm (we arrived very early in the morning), but for this scenario there is a luggage room provided in the office, only 5 minutes walk away. We are very pleased with our stay, highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Very quick to respond to any questions that I asked. Excellent communication and a very easy check in process. The location is perfect and in very easy walking distance to the Old Town. The apartment is lovely and comfortable and it’s nice to have the option to turn up or lower the heating.

The apartment would benefit from a full length mirror in the bedroom. I would also mention that the lighting is extremely bright in the main area of the apartment and it would have been nice to have turned this off and had lights from a few lamps for the evenings.

Apartment was in a great location. Easy to get to as it was within a short walk of tram stop. Only a short walk to main tourist areas, restaurants, and pubs. Had a wonderful view of the castle.

Wonderful!

The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and the views from the living room are really nice! The location was very central and walkable! We enjoyed our stay very much! Also we were able to have our luggage stored for free at their offices near by until our flight which was wonderful.

Lots of stairs in the building with no elevator but that’s not their fault just more of a FYI.

Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

Location location location! Apartment was incredibly clean and had everything we needed really. Surprisingly quiet given the location as well. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff were fast with replying also which was a big bonus.

Some of the pillows were a little hard to sleep on.

Overpriced and I was wrongfully charged for a damage I did not cause.

The appartment ist pretty enough, but very hot and you can’t open the window properly. It was extremely overpriced, but that was also due to a very busy weekend in town. I was however wrongly charged 100£ for a damage that I did not cause and that was overlooked by the cleaning team before we arrived.

Good but not great

Great apartment, great location, great comprehensive facilities

1. Wrong location/ misguided and wasn't told about the other door across the shop. 2. Was given the top most floor without any help from.thr staff to take the luggage without the lift. Was extremely difficult with a toddler. 3. Super loud music from across the street all the way till 12 am.

Sooooo many steps and no lift. Not fun with heavy suitcases. No particularly clean, a lot of light comes through the blinds at night and there is a bright light right outside the window but the bed. Room 4. Hard to sleep with all the noise.

Great find perfect location for castle

Prime location, Very well laid out , everything you needed for a stay , loved the toiletries high quality, 2 fans for hot weather 100% would stay again if full would check there site for there other properties

Poor attention to detail and design, very expensive - will not use again

The location is very central.

The worst bathroom design experienced in years of travel. No shelves or cupboards except over the toilet and no room to put anything on the sink due to weird tap configuration. The bed was uncomfortable, maybe needs replacing. The room was 23° overnight despite it being 16° outside and unable to cool it down as windows will only open a few centimetres. Noisy location but to be expected. Plates and pans that are too big to close the cupboard doors in the kitchen just add to the feeling of no thought given to detail. Things we knew about but be aware, parking is not onsite but close by and must be booked in advance at £20/day, and there is no lift with stairs up two floors. Very expensive for what you get.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Edinburgh

Excellent location in the centre of Edinburgh new town, easy walking distance to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. But also quiet. Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Excellent communication with the hosts from the point of booking to the check out day. Bonus of being able to store our luggage before check in time and a code to get into the apartment building and apartment was an added bonus as there was no worry about loosing keys. Would highly recommend Sandemans walking tour and the hop on hop off buses.

central to everything

General noise level from very busy street, 3am -4am bar closing with taxi stand just outside. Worst was load music being played by local store "Forever Vintage" directly across street throughout its opening hours which could be easily heard with all apt windows fully closed.

Very expensive for what it was! Wouldn’t return or recommend!

On a very busy road - extremely noisy at night. Ridiculously hot and humid in there, so unable to sleep or spend extended amounts of time in the apartment. Windows only opened a crack. Building works still being carried out in the building. Warm fridge. Small space for the price.

Amazing apartment with great views.

The view is amazing., Naturally, if you want the view, you need to climb a lot of stairs, which was perfectly fine for us. The apt has good airflow perfect for sleeping. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. We would definitely stay there again. I really like the App with the A-Z guide, this was a nice touch and easy to answer our questions.

Only suitable if you can handle lots of stairs

The flat itself was in a great location and was extremely clean and comfortable. Good value for money and very secure. Staff were very helpful.

The flat has NO LIFT so you have to climb up about 50 stairs to gain access to the apartment so not suitable for those with mobility issues or travelling with heavy luggage. We stayed in June so it was very hot. The flat barely has any plug sockets so it was difficult to place the fan to make use of it. Had the windows opened but as you are on the corner of Hanover & Princes Street, it was extremely noisy. Had builders start at 7am and the seagulls even earlier. At night we had the noise of the trams and street cleaners as late as 11.30pm. The flat is reasonably equipped but is more suitable for having breakfast there. If you want to cook a meal, make sure you buy simple condiments such as salt, pepper and oil as there is none in the flat.

Great location, awesome apartment with all the kitchen facilities and also a washer and dryer. Very comfortable and good heating.

Only wish there was a lift. Thank goodness we were on the 2nd floor. Climbing the stairs was a real killer, but after the 2nd day, stopped feeling the burn in our legs. Probably got a little fitter 😂
