Location was good and very central. A few more stairs than I would have like being of a certain age.
A few basics would have been nice - like pepper and salt etc.

Very central, clean. Very helpful staff.
Little sound insulation. Bathroom was cold despite us leaving the door open to warm it up. It would benefit from having an overmattress to make the bed more comfortable.

Great location with castle view. Spacious apartment with all the equipments we would need. Very nice shower. Nice kitchen.
We live in #4 apartments this time. Now we figured out rooms behind the #4 street door may be smaller than those rooms behind #18 door, but with castle view. (Smaller but still spacious enough for a family of 3pp).
Again the extra single bed is not comfortable to sleep on but we have to pay 15 gbp in order to get bed clothing then use them on the sofa.
Washing machine still had the same issue - took too long to run a cycle. Also as the staff’s note already indicated: you won’t be able to open the machine door until 90 min after a drying cycle. We found a smart way to resolve this bug - when you can’t open the door after drying ,you can go run another cycle which costs least time (for example the drain cycle which may cost only 2 min). After this drain cycle , you would be able to open the door!
This apartment doesn’t have clothe drying rack, which should be very useful.
The staff didn’t provide enough espresso coffee pots and paper towel for our stay. 2 adults for 4 nights , we only got 5 coffee pots.
No lift, yeah. And #4 apartments have more stairs to climb up than the #18 apartments….be cautious if you have large suitcases or baby strollers!

Apartment was beautiful and comfortable
Arrived at the apartment our code worked on the external door but not the door to the apartment it self, so had to call out of hours number. During our first night at the apartment another couple with child gained access to the apartment while myself and my partner were in bed. Too make matters worse, after checking my bank account, I have been charged two separate amounts by destiny Scotland on two separate occasions.
