The 1 bed apartment was spotless and to a really good spec, was a brilliant base for a week in Edinburgh. Brilliant location too, next to the station, couple of mins walk from the Royal Mile or the New Town and plenty of places to eat or drink literally on the doorstep. Long stay parking is expensive in Edinburgh but there are options not too far away, but not on street. Didn’t have a problem unloading and then loading the car though. Also good communication via WhatsApp too with easy keyless access to the building and room. Only downside (although something you expect in Edinburgh) was the six floors worth of stairs to get to the room. No space for a lift so nothing that can be done about it, and helped us burn off some calories at least, but any elderly or limited mobility people may be best asking for a lower floor when booking. Will def stay again next time!

Lovely spacious place. Easy to arrive to. You can’t turn on the lights in the bathroom without turning the noisy thing on. Other than that it is the perfect apartment stay. So close to waverley station.

I wish we knew it was 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. We thought the sofa was going to be bigger and/or pull out to a sofa bed, but its only a loveseat and a queen bed. Location is fantastic and everything else was nice.

Amazing location. Lovely apartment with everything you need! Only issue- I wanted a king bed-it was a requirement , and got a queen. Easy code locks. Could use extra towels, salt and pepper for kitchen. Aldo- beware there is no lift. My elderly sister was challenged. But loved it overall.

Unbeatable location, spacious and clean. Simple check in. Loved it. Only small downside is that it’s a walk up, but if you have an issue walking up stairs in the hotel, I have bad news about Edinburgh in general. Prepare to climb lots of steps everywhere.

location is great. spotless place. amenities are in great condition too. downside: they require 300pounds deposit and if you reserve your space through hotels.com, you need to share your card information with them seperately otherwise your door code is not going to work. this is so annoying and needs to be improved.

This property was great for two couples sharing expenses and each having a king bed with separate bathrooms. It was close to the tram station for getting back to the airport and it was in the heart of the old town. The place was clean and luxurious. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator but it was not an issue for us.

This is in a great location. Lots to do right around the corner. It was clean and perfectly set up to enjoy the space. Codes and communication were sent timely making for very easy check-in checkout process.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Super close to the train station, within walking distance. Great space, with plenty of room. Perfect size kitchen. They have a very easy to use closet for storing your bags if you get there before check in or want to continue visiting the city after check out. My only complaint was that it was warm and I couldn’t keep the window open in the bedroom or I would hit my head on the window. Other than that, love this place and I would stay here again.

This was our 9th lodging for our 2 week trip and one of our favorites. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a luxury for my family of 4 - as well as the kitchenette and living room area. The apartment was nicely decorated, modern and clean. We didn't use the laundry facilities but it was great to see 2 washer and dryers on the floor - and the storage closet for luggage. My only complaint was I wish the property management company sent me messages in the Expedia App - even if to tell me emails were sent to my personal email account. Since we were on vacation, I wasn't checking my email so I almost missed verifying information in order to get my entry code. Also the fan in one of the bedrooms was a bit noisy and probably needs to be replaced.

Went without electricity to any outlets and the tv for the first day. A lift would have been nice but we knew beforehand that it didn’t have one. Booked this place because it had laundry facilities. Clothes smelled dirtier after washed.

Great location. The apartment is nice and clean. It has the amenities we need and has a good kitchen, which is a plus. The only thing missing is the lift/elevator.

Property was just perfect, exactly as described, there really isn't anything that you could fault it on, plus everything about check-in, access, etc. was just simple.

My apartment was impeccable. The faucets were shining! The bathroom and kitchen were spotless. I was very impressed by the quality of the toiletries (sad that they were fixed in the shower and I couldn't take a bit with me!) and the generosity of the kitchen supplies: plenty of coffee and tea! For a small space it had absolutely everything I could have needed: hair dryer, safe, ironing board, every essential kitchen necessity: colander, cutting knives, measuring cup, tea pot and kettle, toaster etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the check-in was effortless. I am very low-tech but their email was clear: arrive, put in your code at the front door (same one for your room!) and that's it. It was easy to leave our luggage for the day. I had a question and someone answered me immediately from the intercom at the front door. It was a 3 minute walk from the Waverley train station and a mere block from the Old Town - I couldn't have picked a better location. I highly, highly recommend these apartments and have no idea how I could even suggest any improvements!

This place truly boasts a perfect location – we were able to walk to all the major attractions and felt right in the heart of everything. You simply can't beat the convenience. However, our experience was significantly dampened by the poor communication regarding check-in instructions. We received very little information upfront, leading to confusion and a stressful start to our stay. It felt like we had to actively chase down details, which isn't ideal after a long journey. Additionally, it's important to note for future guests that there is no elevator. While this wasn't a dealbreaker for us, it's definitely something to be aware of, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. We had to carry our bags up several flights of stairs, which was quite a workout. If the management can improve their communication process, this would be an outstanding place to stay. The location alone makes it incredibly appealing.

The property was great and location was good. Had no trouble. It is a walk up and is on the third floor. All the sites are nearby and for three nights was perfect for us

The apartment was equipped with so many things it made being there so comfortable. I loved the apartment style living and spacious living room. I would’ve preferred to not be in the top floor since there is only stairs. The free laundry was the best thing ever. Everything was clean except the shower had a little mold. Everything else was excellent including the area and eateries close by.

Do not stay here, it is not safe. We were walking in on in the morning by a lady who used the pin pad to get in, as theres no way to lock the door from the inside. She didnt announce herself so i have no idea who she was. The toilet was also filthy when we arrived. Expedia wont allow me to say what was all over the toilet but use your imagination. Just spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

Property was perfect for two people. Small kitchen was great to have. Location was awesome. Short walk to all the sites and restaurants. Very short walk to direct airport bus which was great for us. Would definitely stay if we find ourselves in Edinburgh again

The location of this property is great. We stayed in a 5th floor apartment which was very hot. The bed and pillows were very hard but we were provided with softer pillows when requested. Since there is no air conditioning, I would not recommend staying on the 5th floor during the warmer months.

The location is fabulous, as this property is located on the edge of old town and one block away from new town, a 3 minute walk from the train station, and very walkable to everywhere else in Edinburgh. The property itself is right above a couple of pubs, and is was a little lively on Friday and Saturday nights, but quiet on the weeknights. The entry/access system is wonderful. The apartment itself was well stocked and modern. Would stay there again.

The location is great, as it is around the corner from the train station. The Royal Mile is merely steps away. Tour busses are close by. And the apartment was just as lovely as described. The property management were amazing when I realized I had left my phone behind and allowed me access back in to retrieve it. All-in-all, was a great experience! Highly recommend!

Apt was very nice. Being on the 5th floor was a bit warmer and not very easy to get up to with bags. Staff was very attentive with any needs we had. Location is very convenient for busses, trains, trams and of course the royal mile.

Great stay, beautiful apartment & very nice area close to everything. There’s no elevator so not for everyone, but it’s absolutely worth the climb up the stairs! Clean, spacious apartment with all the kitchen essentials you will need.
