The Cockburn Courtyard by Calton Living

Its location. 5 minutes from Waverley station. It was fully equipped with restaurants and good cafes close by. The contact with the rental company was polite and interested.

The photo on the site was not of our rental, similar but not ours. The extraction filter needed changing. The positioning of the huge tv was diagonal to the seating. Although for two, there was only one seat at the breakfast bar and one armchair in the upstairs tv room. There were only two teaspoons. On arrival, the loo seat was loose/unsafe but this was quickly and amicably corrected.

BEST was the location, centrally and walking distances to almost all attractions. Well equipped with washing m/c, cookers, fridge, utensils, etc. only problem was the heater in the bedroom was faulty, the power plug was “unscrewed” and almost exposing the copper wires in the plug. I managed to fix it by screwing it back by “MY FINGER NAIL”!! It was not screwed tightly as the result but it was functional.. feedback and the owner will fix it

Fantastic location, great value for money

Wasn’t keen on the apartment being down steep stairs. There was no milk for tea and coffee and no soap/shower gel. There was an iron but no ironing table.
